    Lemonrose is Sydney’s latest  food truck concept – the brainchild of one guy, with one serious appetite.A fanatic for foods who’s worked his way through almost every  job in the industry.

    Im a regular guy who lives to eat, not eats to live.
    Ive travelled the world eating my way  through place to place  insearch for the ultimate flavours, bringing  my experience home to share  with you all, the best eats from the food cultures I crave and love.

    Where American meets the middle Eastern street eats, our style is unlike anything else. A zesty and fresh culinary experience not to be missed.

    WhyLemon Rose

    • Lemon and Rosewater are the two key ingredients that bring the flavour fusion together.
    • They are both used in the recipe of every meal we cook and serve from savoury to sweet
    • Rosewater has a very distinctive flavour and is used heavily in Persian and Middle Eastern cuisine
    • Lemons bring their own tangy flavour and bright aroma, while actually enhancing a dish’s other flavours. Lemon is said to be a “flavour catalyst”, meaning that it interacts with the taste buds so that the flavours that follow are more pronounced.
    • A Rose is also an ancient symbol of love and beauty


     

    FoodPreparation

    • The Beef brisket is rubbed down in room temperature with secret herbs and spices then slowly cooked on 110c for 20 hours or until we get the bark on the outside. Then ested f or 2 hours before carved. Woods in the smoker will be hickory.
    • A whole Organic Chicken is wrapped up in Middle Eastern bread which sucks in all the juices while roasting in olive oil, red and brown onions, salt, lemon juice, sumac and rosewater.
    • Blue potatoes sourced direct from the farm are cleaned then half boiled with skin on. Then hand cut into chunky potatoes bites. We then add our secret herbs and spices and cook to perfection.
    • We make all our sauces from scratch using only the finest ingredients.
    • Gem donuts are cooked on the spot. Fresh ingredients are mixed, poured and then dispensed into balls, they form a very light fluffy texture before they are fried. Once cooked, we toss them into secret syrup and then served in either a bowl or stick. Crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.

    • Who farm organically and ethically grow cattle.
    • We will continue to source products with the highest Carbon Offset available.
    • We will use natural and Bio cleaning products.
    • We will use BioPack for our packaging needs.
    • We promise to put our Ethics in front of Profits.
    • We would love to become a Member of AFTA (Australian Food Trucks Association) and support the organisation.
